For our guest to enjoy a safe holiday we have taken all the necessary precautions against the Corona Virus in according the Health Minister Turkey.
- Upon guest entry written information and instructions are provided.
- Informative signage & safety precautions for personnel and guests has been placed in our hotel on the matters of the guidelines that must be followed.
- The necessary precautions against social distancing have been taken including limiting guest capacity.
- Infrared temperature sensor checking.
- Disinfectant floor mats and hand sanitization.
- Mask & gloves are provided to our guest upon request.
- Hand disinfectant and sanitation utilities are available in common areas & rooms.
- Protection and sanitation equipment is provided to all personnel and guests.
- Personnel clothing is washed and sanitized daily.
- Guest Rooms, all areas high contact areas, phone, remote, water heater, door and window handles are sanitized upon guest checkout.
- Air vents, Air conditioning units, washing machines, dish washing machines and other equipment are sanitized periodically.
- The kitchen itself all related areas such as pantry’s, utensils and counters are maintained of high hygienic standard.
- All materiel used in for service including bar & snack bars are cleaned in dishwashers.
- All staff has been provided a Corona Virus education.
- Open areas are disinfected periodically.
- Closed areas are disinfected periodically.
- All textiles is wash at 90 C°.
- Rooms are vacated for at least 24 hours before new guests arrive.
- ULV machines are used for disinfection.
